About The Work
This vessel was formed with traditional angle raising techniques and finished with a unique patina.
One thing the Luminosity series is about the pure simplicity of form, and the canvas this provides for me to really explore patinas on. In the case of this specific vessel I was on a quest to find quieter, light pale colors to contrast with the brilliant inner gold.
